I go circularly through the kitchen, the living room, and the lobby. I don't do it in my room because it's too tiny and I get dizzy. I don't do it every single day, but when I do I tend do it for hours. Despite being indoors, it still helps me clear my mind.

I go back and forth. The space I have is very limited. I can only take about 9 steps before I reach the kitchen wall. Once I hit it I turn left and walk 9 steps until hitting the bedroom wall, then I turn right and walk towards the kitchen wall again. I've been doing this for years.

I read a wiki article once many years ago about this POW who walked in circles inside his cell and managed to reproduce in numbers of steps a trip across of Western Europe on foot or something like that. I simply cannot find that article anymore, I think it was a German guy.

I jog 30+ minutes twice a week without fail, and used to do it 3 times a week. I need to get back on that. I also walk my dogs 30+ minutes every day.
I still feel like my body is falling apart.

Try out yoga, it helped me at the 2 week mark when doing it 11 minutes a day.

The improvement to my life after taking on serious exercise has been immense.
Used to suffer from shoulder and back pain 24/7 for years because I did nothing, decided to get fit and now there is 0 pain
Which improves my daily life
You don't need to do what I do but stretching your hips/thigh area will help a lot since these shorten with sitting
Front of your shoulders or chest also for the slouching you do at a desk
If you have a really soft chair you can swap for a hard one with a straight back support, helps force you body to sit better. Chairs with curved backs and all that are actually garbage for your posture

No? I make sure to stand for around 2 hours each day and it is okay. Been doing this for years. The rest of the day I sit or lie down.

I started doing bodyweight exercises in the mornings. It helps wake me up and lubricate the joints for the day. I usually feel much clearer mentally as well. Just Pullups (rows if you can't do those), Pushps and Squats. Cycle through different variations to prevent overuse.

i stretch my entire body everyday. its a good idea. i do ~30 unique stretches and it takes about 20 minutes. 20 seconds each and i do each stretch for both limbs and sides of the body
