not only that, it should not be taken when you are on any kind of medication (whether AD or not).
SJW downregulates the liver enzymes responsible of eliminating pharma drugs, thus it can raise the drug blood level (which can be dangerous depending on what medication you are taking).

Imo, it ain't enough for the AD effects to kick in. You need to take 250mg of standardized extract.

Rhodiola Rosea (standardized extract) is effective against anxiety. For me, it was more efficient than alprazolam in reducing anxiety.
