Thankfully I got to keep my wisdom teeth, but I wasn't as lucky with my foreskin. I would trade my wisdom teeth to get my foreskin back any day, but unfortunately it's already been grounded up and turned into face cream a long time ago.

Abstinence, and peace of mind in general is only possible when the glans are covered and protected, otherwise the constant rubbing of the glans against your underwear will put you in a constant state of anxiety, arousal, and just feeling on edge in general. I destroyed two of my teeth due to body dysmorphia. My family just watched as I requested extraction for a minor injury at 18. The second tooth I lost due to neglect due to being afraid of what would happen if I went to the dentist, I think it died after I had facial reconstruction surgery to fix my nose.
