I have decided I will start a comprehensive life regime for the only valid experience I have left:dreams. i dont mean "dreams" as in travelling the world, etc, but the brain state known as dreams.im keenly interested in lucid dreams too. Here is what my regime would look like in its peak
A polyphasic regime. It would multiply the chances or the actual success ,of having different dreams within each 24 hours period
Breath retention. It would make me requires LESS sleep(more on this below)
sleeping sitting down on a chair. LESS sleep, too.also it tricks the ears center of balance into thinking you're awake:a good cheat for lucidity
REM rebound:the 3 times i mentioned less sleep needed was all for this;science has proven less sleep equals more dreams.
I would probably need 1-3 months to adapt, but, hey, what better thing do I have to do?
>melatonin pills, bananas, some form of fasting, sleeping with the windows open(its more healthy)
just take some high doses of mushrooms or lsd
Is there any method you’re using to help gurantee you will remember what you’ve dreamt?
Ive been dream-journaling for a while>>255473
please dont suggest I do illegal stuff
oh,another bonus I forgot:ill use an i-doser track.even if its placebo,its ok(has placebo even been explained yet?)
try solfeggio tones but b careful with the higher freq as they gave me insomnia
Interesting take.I have a mild form of sleep-phobia,thats why im learning buteyko,to reduce sleep as much as possible.
For a long time I've just thought life was a dream
I wonder who would take pleasure to a such dream
what the hell is 'sleep phobia'? that's like saying you're afraid of breathing or wearing clothes.
thanks for quoting me.
I fear the process of losing conciousness/falling asleep, and the sudden jump into conciousness when i wake up
I wonder if there are people who are nudist to cover for them actually fearing clothing.
Wait till this guy hears about death.
wait'll you die and become a ghost
What step did you take to accomplish this? I've been trying for a while, but can't seem to get it even once.
I would love to say nofap, but truth is i fapped 2 days before this happened.I am thrilled at what ill accomplish after a long streak of monk mode.
Anyways;i just slept on an incline(inclined head/torso area),I put a triangle pillow behind the matress. thats literally all i did. no techniques,no hemi-sync.I think lucid dreaming is supposed to be natural in healthy mammals.
A couple of years ago for a period of a few weeks I had lucid dreams multiple times a day every day. I have no idea what caused it, but it disappeared as quickly and mysteriously as it came on. Perhaps it's the wizardly magic.
i made a lucid dreaming app of sorts which plays bursts of a noise at regular intervals after an initial delay period. it worked for a while but now i dont even notice the sounds. ridiculous
>>255520>You basically get an infinite canvas which you can color with any experience you're creative enough to conjure.
That's my problem with daydreaming, my creativity is at an all time low.
Whenever i try to imagine a conversation it just feels wrong, like i put each word in their mouth. Then i start frantically retconning and redoing everything until i start feeling physically sick.
Same for other stuff.
But i used to do it a lot when i was younger, was really fun.
Just on an incline? There must be more to this than you are speaking of, do you use any "reality check" techniques? Tell yourself things before sleep? Anything else at all?
just an incline
i even found melatonin HARMS lucid dreaming.my theory is that it prompts sleep too fast for a gradual awareness/lucidity to take place
