I have always been extremely disgusted at my body. most of my life I have been consuming a diet of fast food, packaged food, and sugar. every once in a while I have enough of it and try to get in shape, and go for a couple months with perfect discipline before I peter off. im on one of these cycles right now and am so close to getting the last bit of fat off but I have been eating a lot with the holidays, and it feels like shit watching my goals slip away.

have any wizzies had success with fitness?

Yeah, I have been lifting for 2 years now with good results. I use a scale to measure most of what I eat and cronometer.com to register it. That way I can control my weight pretty well. I started that at 28 and now I'm 30. I was skinnyfat back then but now I have a good shape and I'm still getting better.
