Sorry, the bit about the developer from >>59293
was meant for >>59288>>59294>no mod had ever commented on the issue until now
To shine some more light on this "fap streamer" and hopefully stifle further outrage, here's a quick chronology of events.
Someone with no significant post history linked to a livestream of them fapping. This post was reported and a /meta/ thread made at the same time asking why we "allowed" it. A mod logged in and immediately deleted the livestream link and issued a ban to the offender. Mods don't normally respond with a post to every report made through a /meta/ thread as usually the offending post being deleted is evidence enough that action was taken. In this case however, the user (or users
) who made the /meta/ threads didn't take the post being deleted as evidence of action being taken, and continued to request answers from the mods. They still do despite answers being given!>>59295>You banned him before and gave him what, a 3 week ban?
You responded to the post that mentioned he was banned for 6. Why are you so clearly downplaying the mod's actions?
It's impractical to permanently ban users who post with a VPN or proxy due to how unlikely it is that they'll have access to that same IP in the future. This is also why those who are posting forbidden content are able to continue doing so despite being banned. When these posts reappear, It's not evidence that we allow such things to be posted, but rather just a condition of allowing users to post with such IP-obfuscating services. If we see the original offender posting about it, we delete those posts and ban for Rule 8. There are a few posts made by people claiming to be the "Wizfapper" but as far as I can tell those are just trolls trying to rile up people like you, and it's working. Another condition of allowing people to post such low-quality bait on /meta/ lest again, people like you, complain that we are "censoring" discourse.
>You promote real faggotry and mislead faggots into thinking Wizchan is their home by knowing the majority here are not faggots like them.
Wizchan is home for any male virgin, homosexual or otherwise.>letting explicit sexual gay posts on /b/
Yes, we do let those posts on /b/, where the rules are more lax and making light of people or trolling others by acting a certain way is allowed. >like in the hentai threads and other gay threads of "cute" little boys,
Just as we permit threads about "Cute little (2d) boys" do we also have threads about "Cute little (2d) succubi". It's when posts are made suggesting an affliction for real (3d) persons do we issue bans. Liking 2d character illustrations goes hand-in-hand with Japanese-inspired imageboard usage.>gay porn or feetishes in mainboards,
It's one thread and it's rarely bumped, and if it is bumped with overly fetishistic material, we often spoiler it as a courtesy to the less sexual users. This has been standard practice for years.>knowing the majority here are not faggots like them.
Wizchan isn't a democracy where majority rules. I don't believe any imageboard is. Even if it was, the majority of straight users probably wouldn't see reason to ban the few homosexuals there are. The number of users who engage in posting hentai or sexual content is small, and the amount of them who do so homoerotically is smaller. If I were to peep through /b/ right now with the mod interface and get a list of unique users posting gay or even non-erotic BL content, I probably wouldn't end up with a list of more than 3 regular users who also happen to involve themselves in the main boards in a non-gay way. Even if I were to violate the privacy of these users and somehow post examples showing how much you're overstated the "gay problem", you'd likely deny it as truth as you've done to every single post made in response to your complaints so far.>now you pretend that subhuman faggot is the only poster acting like a faggot.
Where did I imply that I believed there was only one? Faggots running wild is just another consequence of the imageboard format.>You have not given an explanation yet as to why you allow people to use the word WIZ to mean SEX or attach it to anything sexual.
We shouldn't have to explain why a funny joke is funny.
But go ahead and call us a liar.
