Not sure what site that even is, but I've heard a few times over the years that Sweden is notorious for not issuing static IPs to internet customers due to some hyperfixation on one EU law regarding internet privacy or attacks. This might be why it appears that any forum which keeps track of visitor demographics might see a disproportionately high amount of visits from Sweden, as a single regular visitor will probably visit with many unique but very Swedish IPs.

Everything from $10 up to $1500 a month, it depends on what people you get to meet and your luck. You can get nothing, you can get coupons that are usable in grocery stores just so you can afford to eat, just the basic social welfare around $100 a month which you apply for every month, could be more depending on situation, up to neetbux which seems to be around $500-700 depending on person and can also be increased depending on situation.
