If an image macro that made fun of virgins or celibates or NEETs started gaining traction anywhere on the internet, it would be a candidate for banishment. The "Outsider meme" ban was really only made to stop the usage of 2 popular memes that at the time were used to antagonize the general NEET / wizard lifestyle. I've since used the rule to ban handful of other memes made specifically to directly disparage the Wizchan userbase itself. The slang the young people are using on 4chan today doesn't really fall in to the territory of being an attack on anyone here. Users of 4chan or social media in general aren't really considered outsiders anymore either. There are a few specific sites that have a sour relationship with Wizchan, so I ban anyone claiming to be from them who doesn't also have any notable positive post history. At this point in how calm the whole chan-o-sphere has gotten I don't even consider /r9k/ to be outsider territory anymore.

If someone's talking in a manner you disagree with, you're free to gatekeep as a user and tell them off provided that's not the only thing you're doing sitewide. Likewise, now that you've voiced your distaste on /meta/, some users are probably going to start trollmaxxing by using those words more often with the intent of rustling your jimmies.
