try going on an elimination diet until you figure out what foods you're sensitive to. pretty sure everyone's body is different and what's fine for someone else, might not good for you.
but in general, healthy diet = variety, because we don't actually know much about diet. nutrition science is dogshit and we flip the food pyramid every 20 years based on dogshit studies that can't be reproduced. by going for variety, you at least distribute the risk, so if idk, eggs cause cancer, you don't eat them every day so you lower the risk of any one food killing you.
TL;DR - variety + pay attention to how your body reacts to various foods or try elimination diet to discover sensitivities.
