Wizardchqn feels like home to me. I went to several imageboards, and those didn't feel as welcoming as wizardchan for outcasts and the alike. The thing is Wizardchan filter a good amount of people because it is designed for virgin males above 30. This filters normalfags and womens. The strong anti crab sentiment makes this website of a high value. The fact that I'm a virgin still makes me feel like a welcomed member of this internet soceity. Being with alike people feels great and sharing the same mindset (at least, even if I don't agree with some wizards) makes it easier to talk to other wizards.
Even if we don't get along and we aren't really friends, this website gather us all with a couple of common things.
If this place disappear, there will be no more "community" for wizards on the net—or there will be another one but a shitty one.
I wonder why this website is still up because of the suicide who happened…Anyway, this website have some years to live still: till it collapsed. And…when it will disappear, what will you do, Wizards? Where will you go? I believe some will kill themselves and other will move off internet for good, some will find another shelter: show must go on I guess.
Wizchan is like a little heaven garden that only some people can reach, thus filtering those who aren't pure.

I don't know what I would do. I can't put most of my thoughts into words, and I come here because other people have been thinking similar things as me. I would be afraid I would turn into a husk from the world crushing my mind without any safe spaces left to protect it.

There's an mc bunker on wapchan that not enough wizzies post on but if the site dies I think a new one would spring up eventually. We have a dedicated userbase even if it's not as large as it used to be and the alternatives are all not that great. I think most of us would rather not have to rub shoulders with the shartyverse or move to tor if it can be avoided.

Yes, or you can find them via the various search engines and lists. There are a number of IBs on tor but most of them are more /g/ oriented.

Is liz still around? I tried the old url but it doesn't work.

I think imageboards and forums will continue to pop up as long as there is demand for these kind of places.
If they keep trying to force this digital ID crap and delete all alternatives some company might actually see a hole in the market and launch an alternative, like DuckDuckGo for search engines. (I know DuckDuckGo is pozzed too, but still)
At the end of the day discussing stuff on the internet anonymously isn't illegal.
