Also try to gain some sort of leverage over them. Don't be afraid to exploit it. After I became buff. They leave me alone, mostly because they know if I become violent it won't end well for them.

You need to use your autism bracrabls to learn how to hack the system.
Hide your power level. They don't pick on us only, they pick on anyone who looks weak in the moment or is going against the current, even Chads and Stacys gets bullied from time to time.

First step is to try learn how to appear normal.
Dress not like a total dweeb with unfit old clothes (yes, that one with a cartoon character or things you love, don't use them outside), take a bath, shave and trim to not look like a hobo, get a ok haircut from time to time (max each 4 months), get to know to small talk normally (just enough, no need to be a chit-chatter).
Then learn how to get out of situations and stand for yourself. If you literally say you are not comfortable with something (talking about a subject, personal fact, being in a stressful situation) or that you need to leave people will accept, some will even respect because you are direct.
And try to be polite. As much as you can. Being rude is bad enough but being a rude retard neural divergent or whatever they call is even worse.

It's not expensive nor impossible to look normal and it's free to act normal. It's just a lot of study and hardwork for whom this isn't instinct.
It takes time, I took almost a decade to find out why I was ignored and made fun of, but I went from total schizo silent retard to just a polite guy that doesn't talk much.
In the end you see that normies are just better at hiding their weirdness.

I was about to write that you don't need meditation in the other thread, that it's a moronic, misguided, idolistic practice. But it's the only tool for most people to realize you have no ego. (Even so, it doesn't seem to be an aim or the end goal of meditation of most. It seems like a mini cult)
Without an ego, you can offer them certain offers which potentially are not benefitial for you (like fucking them up physically). Then depending on situation it's either deescalated, or they chicken out, or it's escalated and they realize you can stand for yourself, or it's escalated and you end up dead / in prison.

A person without an ego doesn't fear defeat, death, or prison.
Obviously he still has his attachments.
So it's usually preferable to handle that in a smart way. But having an image of a complete nutcase can also yield good results.

When you have that shit sorted out, one might find oneself to be a side kind of person, one less included in common affairs. For me it's a nice bonus. I can do my shit while they do theirs.

That's a shit life and you basically eat unhealthy crap to survive, unless I guess you know where to scavenge for food. Even then it'll be discarded stuff. Mixed with the state trying to get rid of you through all kinds of nefarious means like drugs or outright violence, if you cant defend yourself physically you're fucked
