It’s nothing new for me to seem odd to those around me, but I wonder what it’s actually like to work. I’ve been unemployed for a long time and really want a job now that I’ve finished school. Is work just a series of miserable days? Then again, being unemployed is boring, too. So, what is it really like? I’m sure I’ll come across as strange in a workplace, but that doesn't matter; the real issue is that I don't know what to do. I’m afraid of the work environment and worry that I’m not competent at anything. Is the pressure intense? How do people actually earn a living like everyone else? How do you all make money—do you work, too?
