I’ve worked with ALOT of people struggling with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, schizophrenia (like, actual I cannot understand an abstract idea or trust my senses level of schizophrenia) and chronic illnesses/addictions for quite some time. Comparing the people I’ve worked with to the majority of the people on this site, you guys are arguably way more ahead. Actually, some of you are doing particularly well just for even being able to hold down a job. I won’t dismiss the issues with isolation, parental abuse, social anxiety or missed opportunities (those are real issues), but i also won’t reject the idea that I feel a lot of you tend to ignore how far a lot of you have gotten regardless or your own talents. Idk what to say from here. Im not going to say anything motivational or patronizing or demotivating either. Just take care of yourself regardless

Wizards' problem is more not wanting to play the game than not being able to play well. There are 80 iq Indian slum dwellers who live their whole life picking through trash for a living and still have 5 kids each. They can complain about their life sucking but they're too simple minded to really reject life. The most troubled aren't those in the lowest end, but those below average losers who have neither the will to transcend their situations nor the mindlessness to accept living like shit. That's how you get the hopeless paralyzed underachiever who's waiting for his suicide.
