You've been conditioned to internalize every expectation, every rule, every judgment from society. You're constantly plugged into what others think, say, and demand of you — and it's suffocating. It chips away at any sense of self that isn’t shaped by external approval. That kind of overstimulation doesn’t just wear you down it hollows you out.
