Just get another job. Tell your current HR that you've found one and that you're moving on towards it due to how you're being treated. They either let you go and you start your new job, give you a raise to incentivize your stay, or they fire the people who are harassing you. Of course the last one only works if you're ACTUALLY being treated poorly due to how you're working, and aren't just imagining it.
Any job you collect a salary on is going to be socially exhaustive. You would have been better off picking up a trade.

>>302043Thing is I'm a data analyst and the job market is fucked at the moment, headhunters don't contact and companies don't hire.
And it's one of the only jobs you can do in solitude completely focusing on the work itself.

>>302042Is there any way you can placate them logically by confidently explaining to them that due to you being such an efficient worker you just don’t have time for any of their petty social bullshit? Make it clear to them that you take your job very seriously and that you consider the continued success of the company to be more important than participation in routine social ritual. If you can do this boldly, they should back down.
However if none of this works, you have more than ample reason to appeal any potential firing to the personnel superior to your troublesome co-workers. Immediately go to someone above them whom you trust and explain to that person what is going on. Do not give up. Your situation constitutes a clear potential legal case of wrongful termination/wrongful dismissal and you have every reason to fight back and win.

That's a bummer to struggle among lazy "bullshit jobs" guys - lackeys, boxz-tickers, duct-tapers and other… heh
Random blunt answer: oh ah coffee roughens up my stomach hence making me all queasy, sorry. I dust avoid all those funny noises.
so hey
having a proper "sorry, my body makes funny noises/smells randomly" tier excuse - may feel humiliating, but they'll know they got a little too deep into your private territory
Unless they are so lazy they don't want a real workhorse to be their counterexample

I see it as the original novel for I Am Legend, where the zombies turn out to be a hive with their own form of order and Mr. Legend is the intolerant villain.
I say this because America didn't like
that ending (even though the novel itself is American) & martyrized Will Smith instead XD.
