I've seen studies where they have said that testosterone is at a historical low for many males, testosterone gives you resilience to emotional problems, makes you more competitive, more risk-taking Etc.
I've always been fat and always been highly stressed for most of my life so I'm pretty sure my testosterone has been in the toilet. When I was going through puberty I was extremely fucking horny like any other kid but that didn't really change my behavior or make me better with succubi. I was fucked up back then but I remember my feelings not taking all my attention.

Has anyone gotten testosterone replacement treatments or taken steroids how did it make you feel?

I think low test is a symptom rather than the root cause. The root being oxidant/antioxidant imbalance, lack of nutrients (depleted due to said constant oxidative stress state) and yes, to a lesser degree a dysgenic population ie. males that under normal circumstances wouldn't have have gotten to reproduce so you get inherently shitty metabolisms.

Alas I think there is no solution to this, and there is the problem of ever evolving bacteria and virus. At some point they will become so fit that there will be no antibiotic or antibody that will be able to fight them off without nuking the host in the process. It's simply a natural consequence of unnatural and unchecked (human) growth.

Because I used to drink A LOT of coffee, had ruined sleep, and only this year, I learned there's a ton of antioxidants in coffee. Maybe I only craved coffee for the antioxidants all along…

The decreasing life expectancy in the West is likely due to all the chemicals we have put into the environment and are ingesting through food, clothes, hygiene products etc. Microplastics in the brain and lung tissue and so on. The decrease in nutrients in the foods, as you mentioned but not just due to oxidative stress but things like soil depletion too.

Of course this comparison is almost trite these days but humanity really has spread like a tumorous growth, mindlessly consuming and poisoning everything it relies on for its own subsistence and in the end, creating its own demise.

Best you can do as far as I can tell is try to limit processed food as much as you can or are willing to, move your body more and try to get good sleep. Beyond that, there seems to be a point of diminishing returns in terms of health benefits.

Like I said high T isn't permanent. There are ups and downs naturally. If a lot has to be done then grit your teeth and get it done. Relaxation feels that much better when it's earned in effort and sweat. sometimes through scrapes and bruises. Even children know this
