Ok i gonna give you some advice around hypnosis and mind (the thread of magick tech have some info books and etc around this)

Just imagine a kid waking up by her mom/father/tutor in the morning yelling out him with insults while maybe hit the kid, this kid will have the day ruined maybe with bad humour and negative ideas (imagine this everyday, of the childhood) and it will feel like a total piece of shit, the other personal thing of this kid doesnt matter for now but get the outcome.
now compare this to a kid waking up by her mom/father/tutor with a warm -good day, today is a good day!- in a soft loving tone voice while try to maybe hurry the kid a little or help the kid to wake up (or even try to wake up the kid with more time to not hurry you too much)
These two kids in the waking up (even adults) are incredible suggestionable, just imagine who of the two will have a more good outcome in the day, and even in the next day if the first phrases they listen when wake up and enter in the mind are like
-Wake up little piece of useless meat-shit asshole fuc…! hit and yell the kid*-
and
-Good morning, honey, kiss in the forehead while some family touch* its a warm day, wake up you need to go to prepare for school!-

>Mind Hygiene
Try to no listen to sad music, sad pop music etc (lana del rey, billie eilish and etc)
Try to no listen to sad music before bed/before sleep/when wake up
Try to no listen to music that trigger rumiation or bad sad ideas, even before bed
Try to no listen sad music when you just wake up (you still can listen happy energy music)
Try to no rumiate before sleep or have bad sad ideas bacause maybe you can wake up with that idea in mind in the wake up and this maybe can ruin your next day
Try to no watch sad or deppresive things in media, or get straight out of the media and ignore it
Try to listen to happy energy music in some activies to make a constant trigger for you when you need it (the same sad trigger of music can be made with a happy trigger of energy happy music)
Try to NO have negative ideas or rumiation when you just wake up (next tip explain it why and how to use this in a positive way around hypnosis) and if you got into it, try to use a reality check technique later i mention
Try to stay with attention what you belief or self insult or negative ideas you put in your head in the day, and even when you wake up and before sleep
Try to reality check when you insult yourself
Try to sleep good
turn off phone (not just the internet in it, dont put it down your pillow) and computer, tv, etc.
>Use Self-hypnosis and autosuggestions when you wake up
As soon as you wake up, try not to open your eyes too quickly, dont look at any artificial or natural light and keep it close and stay in bed some little time. Keep your eyes closed and try repeating affirmations like Coue’s: “Every day, in every way, I am getting better” or “I am improving in every way” and add “more and more” for a while or 20 times or any time you want, make you up affirmations, the made up by you are more good.
>Some trick for improve self-hypnosis
remember add the -more and more- and etc, you can even add -now- to the sentences, coue phrases are custom remember.
Never use No or -Negative sentences- use everytime -positive sentences- in the semantic context and logic and try to add to the phrases -more and mor-e and if you can try to end its by a -very good- or -very well- or etc like a final positive affirmation.
yeah like a dog in pavlovian experiments, you can even eat chocolates or sugar or wathever you want like a reward after the session.
Try to do self-hypnosis in dark places and chill places without interruptions for you to focus, this is more good than doing it in places with a lot of lights or stimuli.
Every hypnosis is self-hypnosis, hypnosis is just a advanced state of focus and attention in a idea or thing (monoideism) not just sleep.
There's more concept and term around hypnosis but this is the basic for now, you can read it later.
Make it easy, dont force a lot.
>Inductions
Just use a induction (this thing doesnt exist in clynical context of hypnosis but still work in theorical model) like
>eye fixation
eyes goes up into a point or thing, keep seing that thing dont close your eyes, and say a afirmation like from count of 5, i enter in the hypnosis mindset and close your eyes inmediatly (you need to feign or act it anyway) at count of 5. you can add more phrases for relaxation and etc or count from 100 o 5 or do wathever you want and try other methods.
>Breath from eyes
just open your eyes and dont close it and breath deep (yes from nose or mouth) while turn your head up (and if you want use eye fixation up or no) and exhale deep or slow or fast and turn your head down and close your eyes and start to use suggestions. you can add count from 1 to 5 or etc if you want, do wathever you want.
>Magnetic hands
I reccomend this method for newbies in hypnosis but any induction can be valid, even that of hands or globes or gravity of hands, eye fixation, etc, there's a lot.
Put your hand close next to your body, chest or more far next to you and try use affirmations like these my hands are magnetized or are energized in it and say that in every breath they keep close or have more distance or are more energized or magnetized, feign it, act it, it will work.
at time passes the ideomotor reflex will start to work, you can move close and play with your hand when you start to feel that feel of energy or magnetized hands.
>Swing
You can Swing your body like a autistic sting or etc in same way, very chill. you affirm where you want to move your body to swing and etc.
>PMR and Bodyscan
Just relax your body each part and use afirmations and touch each part or try put tense each part of your body while do it, you can read about these techniques.
>Reality check or Dropping anchord from ACT
Just its like a reality check, if you rumiate or are sad just say in your head its just my nerveous system response to (insert thing next to you or in your head ideas) and chill out, like you're a autorithy or scientific of your own body.
>Anxiety induced by relaxation
There's some studies that say that people with some problems, the relaxation techniques or methods turn them more anxious, so, be warned about this when you use these techniques or meditate or do wathever thing to relaxation.
>Focus and attention
Everytime you gonna do something you just say in mind or by voice, i gonna do/start-to (insert activity). you can add time or say final good etc. Tibet Buddhist do something similar to this. sometimes if you just add 2 minutes you maybe will end studying 2 hours or something if is good for you lol.
