I'm very depressed and I will also develop chaos in my mind so I don't care about everyone anymore and I will destroy everything why should I be a fool who can only blame myself while others can be happy without being able to feel how crazy this world is I will destroy everything and if this world ends and everything is destroyed then I will be a living witness that I am the one who knows how cruel this world is and how unfair all of this is everyone everything everything must have an end if it doesn't end then I will always be in hell or at least be locked up as rotting flesh

I bet you won't even kill a sick bird that you cross on a walk that has no choice of survival.

the term is psychosis. i feel bad for you but romans were right here, you can't have your revenge against the world, and you'll always be alone in your particular view of how the revenge should be enacted. if you feel like the world takes away your ability to live with dignity than unfortunately suicide is the only way out.

>I'm very depressed

doesn't make sense to me that someone would choose to identify with this diagnosis. you didn't come up with the word 'depression', someone else did. for some reason you stopped being precise and analytical about your own specific situation and just went with this sciency blanket term and i believe this to be a mistake. in the effort for mental health, your precise analytical ability is what shows you the way out of misery, this analytical ability is based on your perception, this perception is based on your consciousness, this consciousness is based on your prolonged attention to yourself, the attention to yourself is choice; choosing to spend time finding out what you can do to help yourself.

choosing to identify with the diagnosis to me symbolized the exact opposite, not finding out how to help yourself but instead relying on outside influence and the system some outsiders who may or may not have been wise created.

not for you to stop thinking, give your condition a label and be done with it.

labels help cope, though change with time until you find the right one. what's wrong with that?

labels dont help, they hinder. they are used by people to dismiss the problem and abandon responsibility, which likely is the only path to healing. you don't have depression, you have something way more specific, personal and complicated. when you call it depression, you let yourself be seduced by the diagnostic language; it's often hollow promises and the undignified preemptive certainty they hide behind. i say do the oposite: describe your condition as crude, unhinged, precise and accessible to others as you can. your name about your condition should be so easy to understand that when you tell it to someone who has no idea about it, understands it the first time you mention it without having to ask fir details.

"i thought i had to fart the other day but i actually shat my pants with liquid shit a little" now that's how i talk about my most recenr condition, without shame! not using this ridiculous gatekept medical language.

so i have a very specific, personal kind or depression, that is actually a bit comorbid with my overall inclination to being anxious?

>so i have a very specific, personal kind or depression, that is actually a bit comorbid with my overall inclination to being anxious?

i can never know what you have because i can't feel what you feel so what could my opinion possibly be worth. nothing. i can look at your approach though. when you tell me with your chest sticking out all proud and identified: "i have depression!" then i don't know how that feels like, that tells me nothing. the term is like a shotgun and hits everything, you want something that only hits what you actually have precisely. you know the term is too much of a blanket term to be useful by the fact that you would receive 100 different answers if you asked 100 depressed people about their condition and not the same answer 100 times.

calling it comorbid and anxiety is at least a step in the right direction but you are once again committing what i in my pieced-together understanding of mental health believe to be a mistake: you just repeat medical labels as if they meant anything. what i believe to be way better would be to invent/sculpt/compose/craft/sketch a way to describe what is actually going on so that when a kid in the park asks you what is wrong with you, you could tell it in a way that makes sense to the kid and then the kid in the park might have a way better idea on what to do about it then any doctor ever because the kid did not have it's humanity pranked, whipped and tortured out of it in medschool.

most importantly though, bothering to be precise about it will give you better ideas on what to try to make things better and the most healing the most helping will be what you do to yourself, not what will be done onto you by others. don't wait to be rescued, nobody is coming, you do the rescuing.
