 No.283721[Last 50 Posts]

If my problems were purely emotional I think I could cope. But I have physical flaws that make me feel like a freak and hated by anyone who isn't family. I've got Seb derm on my face, and I've seen many dermatologists and tried every over the counter treatment possible, but nothing in the long-term has helped. It looks awful and the only option I have to is to wear cover-up (though I'm a guy), but that's noticeable too. I also have head tremors that look especially odd when I walk or drive a car. And on top of that i have a stutter, which can only be hidden when i don't talk (obviously), but is quite noticeable in most conversations. These things make me terribly anxious to be around people. I've tried to come to terms with my physical flaws, but I just can't. Every time I go outside I feel like everyone's eyes are on me. I'm jealous of people whose problems are just mental.

I have a very weak chin, poor eye sight and misaligned eyes a bit. But I am also weird, weird in all social interactions, I can't help it. I genuinely think I am autistic. But honestly I think if in that same body were someone else instead of me, they would be more successful regardless of looks. That weirdness, awkwardness in social situations really fucks me up. I guess it's okay, but makes me feel awful.
I think that some people can rock their shitty looks and be very charismatic, but it's probably a talent.

it doesn't in males, it makes you look feminine. You have a distorted view of what looks good. If you add fatness and baldness to someone then he looks like a feminine faggot.

Eh, whatever. I was saying that being skinny and bald looks off. Like you're a fucking cancer patient or a inmate from russian prison. At least that s how I looked like when was almost bald with tyny layer of hair left.
How is being fat makes it a feminine trait? What the fuck are you talking about? But I get that, obviously there's more to it.

 No.283792

>>283764
being fat can look good if you have the right frame for it and enough muscle for it. Like tony soprano. You need thick bones and masculine looks. It also looks better to be bald with this sort of frame and musculature. I am a lanklet with thin bones so I would look like shit both fat or bald. Getting muscular works for pretty much any frame but it is a lot of effort just for aesthetics.

 No.283793

>it is a lot of effort just for aesthetics.
Get your hands stuck inside a Pringles can next time you want to type something so ridiculous. Getting muscular does not take a lot of effort, nor is it "just for the aesthetics". It's easy to do, cheap to do, and the health benefits are guaranteed to either improve you mood and cognition, or give you the strength to abort this existence. Looking good is secondary.

 No.283840

You need to take off your fan glasses. The actor behind Tony Soprano doesn't look good. You're just used to see him because of tv and you have a distorted view of things.

If you saw the actor and didn't know he was in the sopranos you would think he looks like shit. Look up for any pictures of him in the street he looks like some dumb angry fatso.

Being fat NEVER looks good on a male. Fat literally deforms you.

I have a few of these little red bumps on my scalp under my thinning hair. They aren't pimples, but I don't know what they are. But they're very visible and apparent, even under my thinning hair they can be clearly seen. I've always wanted to just go bald because of my thinning hair. On me, the thinning hair looks gross no matter what I do. But I'm afraid of having a bald scalp with gross red bumps all over it.

I have no idea what they are, but they've been there for the past 10 years. I think they have possibly existed even longer than that. And I can't see any kind of doctor for it because I have no health insurance and no money, I'm currently an American NEET and I got nothin' but a big ol' ballsack of despair.

This isn't my only problem. I'm one of those nasty-looking people that is ugly no matter what I do. But this is just the problem I want to talk about.

 No.283953

A small "Dermaroller" might be a fair investment. Thinning, soft hair has a difficult time breaking through the outer layer of skin so it becomes ingrown, which could explain the bumps. Creating microperforations with a needle roller has helped for acne caused by this same failure to breach. Some of the most evident results of a Dermaroller's ability to encourage hair growth come from its usage on thinning head hair.

You're missing the point. It's not about whether he looks good in an absolute sense, but whether he looks good for him. Imagine tony soprano but not fat. He would be less attractive because part of his appeal is being so large and masculine. You really think succubi don't like guys who are a little fat with some muscle? That is what dadbods are and those are quite popular. Even gays find this type attractive, they call them bears. Some people with naturally large and imposing frames and wide round faces will always look better with a little fat on them and if a person like that tries to slim down they end up looking weird with a giant head and big hands on a body that ends up looking emaciated even if it's just normal skinny. Guys will respect a guy who looks big tough and macho but not skinny weaklings, this means slightly fat dudes have higher social standing because they are more physically imposing.

Your appearance is how people primarily perceive you, if they see a weak, short, thin guy, the bigger or more violent and antisocial guys will try to instinctively set a hierarchy by picking on who they perceive as a weakling, sometimes passively other times in a more aggressive and even brutish manners.

This has to do with how you look more than anything. I've seen it plenty of times, new guys at work, who get teased for doing absolutely nothing wrong, just because they keep to themselves and are silent. It was even worse in school, of course, but it was always because of the guys looks.

>I've seen it plenty of times, new guys at work, who get teased for doing absolutely nothing wrong, just because they keep to themselves and are silent
Yeah, because in a work environment, being quite and kept to yourself is doing something wrong. Work and school are social hives before anything. To not socialize is a sign of poor adaptability.

You're a crier for the lookism cult trying to scare otherwise adaptable young men in to thinking they're going to get beat up at the Amazon Warehouse job interview for having an overbite. if not skinnyfat and metabolic syndrome. then the water retention, insulin resistance, high cortisol, low magnesium, electrolyte imbalance are considerations. can be autoimmune related too and play into the above.

would consider too learning about zonulin signalling and tight junctions and wheat and immune system and how its mess you up. take magnesium amino acid chelate detox off sugar try keto some intermittent fasting no sugar diet and also consume kefir your gut bacteria.

some peoples got done with heavy antibiotic uses, gut is second brain, if done as a child and wiped out can mess your neurochemistry maybe make you an autist or who knows but definitely not good and leave you with permanent digestive and health issues, which mental health affected too.

also food poisoning, because all disease begins in the gut thanks he told us good guy hippocrates let medicine be thy food, he said also. food poisoning is not a one off instance, the effects can and do stay with many people their entire life and cause serious problems. depends also when affected by the food poisoning and what age, can lead to all similar problems, development of mental 'disorder' gut autoimmune issues autism all of it is related the same. i had to study this for many decade and do deal with similar issue, same that any carb really cause issue, everything goes amazing with the meat and plants only.

you could make face symptoms less worse by taking lots magnesium though and working on that hpa axis dealing with cortisol/insulin loop which magnesium does, then likely your potassium and sodium is out too. for what its worth. info dump maybe some bread crumb leads

if they didnt use all the injections on people we wouldn't be so sickly and develop these diseases, their juice kicks in epigenetics and makes a wild ride in the body. its an adjuvant and now your skin is adjuvanted, enjoy. problem reaction solution. if we make you sick to inject you with a juice which is a poison, then later on when it slowly does kill you in your life we can charge you more money ontop of the cost of the original juice. follow the money.

OP. can i say point out 'if my problems weren't emotional' they are though. now if you were in a wheelchair, yes ok thats a real physical problem. what you're having trouble with here is your reaction to your 'problems' not the problems themselves, no doubt they suck, however by your own words 'these things make me terribly anxious to be around people' that is an emotional problem and this is what you seem to be grappling with here not your perceived physical flaws. lots of people have seb derm you arent seeing everyone during a flare up or right next to them, some dont go out or only when its good like you. yours is emotion problem. if you have physical deformity, then ok that is a physical problem and you cannot feel your way out of that.

i'm not make fun i'm just point this out but read these two sentences after each other ok you typed

Every time I go outside I feel like everyone's eyes are on me.

then

I'm jealous of people whose problems are just mental.

brother your problems are mental. your physical stuff it isn't stopping you its how that physical plays into the mental. i dont doubt that it affects how people treat you, maybe you are still young and not a wizard yet. you know when you are a wizard you will care less what mundanes think.

 No.289169

its the affect that glutens have, not just those found in wheat, on the gut health of every person. it's not a discrete allergy.

when you eat wheat, anyone, it increases signalling in protein in gut lining called zonulin. this protein decides size of the little gaps in the gut called tight junctions which meant to open to certain size only and let only some things get through, not larger undigested molecules and actual shit.

ok tight junctions can go anywhere 10 - 100x larger in aperture size and then it lets actual shit shit that you are allergic to, to interact iwth your immune system layer, and then chronic systemic inflammation.

i had to learn all this because if i didnt then my disease progression much worse. the drs treating me told me they never had such well read patient and they learned from me, that's nice, i had to treat myself a month before they diagnose my acute episode or lose an eye. when month later, and still damage despite very early intervention on my own to mitigate. thanks, doctors.

thanks i think im actually feeling enthused about something now.

>They really want us to wageslave like ants and pretend to be happy when we literally have been treated by the system like unwanted trash then they cry when someone shoots up or kills randomly, when it's society that makes people sick by abandoning us.

it is my strong belief that most men that suffer and get done very badly by society, suffer and die in silence, they sacrifice themselves, its actually very noble and something inherent to some of the best men. planting trees the shade in which they will never stand and all that. it is only freak outliers that go on to do very bad things, and even then it's all very luminescent. what is complained about when such a tragedy does occur, is people being human, which is very very hypocritical especially in contemporary woke society; a tiny percentage of a very poorly treated caste of people finally losing their minds owing to psychological torture, basic human needs not being met, and the right genetic dispositions.

putting aside the obvious fact that orders of magnitude more numbers of horrendous crimes are committed by 'normal' people, it makes even less sense to point to someone that has been very poorly neglected by society to the point of psychological malfunction where they self-destruct or do so to others.

all very unfortunate and very said, its obviously inevitable with things setup the way they are, yet there is little interest in changing anything. it seems that people have largely made up their minds and have chosen to gamble being struck by lighting, then get to have their cake and eat it too. because doing the right thing, making change, promoting the kind of egalitarian society they larp on about, creating a society that is fair, and just, the kind of outcome they themselves should wish for if they were in such a predicament; takes a lot of self-sacrifice, hard-work and effort in the service of others. its so much easier to fly a rainbow colored flag and pretend to be comfortable around trans people.

i could be wrong though

That only works as a cope for sub 80 IQ individuals.

For anyone else, they realize they are paying for a server somewhere in Mexico to hand you out text snippets coded by a sweaty underpaid male engineer.

It's just not the same thing.
The only thing that can ever come close to emulating reality are photorealistic 3d glass environments
where the soundstage, models and behaviors are so realistic they can't be distinguished from real life, and you lose track of whether you are in the physical world or in the bot world.

Apple Virtual Reality glasses (vision pro) come pretty close to this, but they cost an outrageous sum ($4000). I had the chance to test them for 15 minutes in store with my own wireless earbuds.

It's an utterly reality-bending experience. It's as if you can see, touch and feel the people in an amusement park on a summery day. Despite it being -10 and dark in reality.
I did lose track of reality. The only thing snapping me out of it was that I couldn't smell or •truly• touch things in the virtual world. Everything else fooled my brain 100%. The seagull cries, kids yelling, adults having conversations about the rides etc

It also felt very weird to open virtual desktops or icons on top of hot dog stalls or a rollercoaster. Like being in some kind of a dream where you can alter the fabric of reality.

Also, I have like $300 to my name so I will never be able to afford them. But if I was rich I'd buy them in a heartbeat. It's the ultimate escape from this shit reality we call life.

It's like stepping into a portal that lets you escape real life. The immersion is total. If only they also made Windows games support these glasses, I'd basically live inside the game worlds 24/7. I would start with the Witcher world with every graphic cranked to ultra.

Yes the first time you try VR it's crazy.
Then you get bored with it so quickly. These are simply incredibly useless devices. If you are an hardcore gamer, then ok you might get something out of it. But in all other cases, meh
It's years since I don't put my headset on.

And yes, not feeling touch and smell makes it pointless for any kind of waifu-related stuff, and it's not going to be possible in my lifetime anyway, and it's fake anyway. I need a brain modification, I need a psychiatric drug that actually works (they don't exist), not a fake 3D succubus in front of me, that doesn't do anything to me.

it doesn't even matter, you can be good looking and just annihilated mentally through bad life experiences in childhood. It's over regardless if you just get a shit start.
it happened to me, people routinely say i'm good looking, ask why i don't have a succubus etc.
It doesn't matter, you're fucked either way, if you have a bad first decade in life basically nothing can save you

I know how you feel. I have seborrheic dermatitis on my face, acne scars and a fucking huge oily nose. I've been to many dermatologists and they just tell me that there's not much I can do. I can't even get a job because people act disgusted when they see me. The last job I had was in a factory and I only lasted like 4 days because the whole factory started to bully me for being too disgusting to look at. This shit ruined my life and my mental health. I don't know what to do so I just rot in my room all day watching my life pass me by.

A derm isn't the same as going to a doctor.
In most developed countries it costs a huge amount of money unless you are some kind of a burn victim that needs public assistance in the form of skin grafts.

If you go there for skin problems like acne or red skin, it's going to cost you like $150 just for a 30 minute consultation with no results.
And way more to get actual results.

Not that poster, but in Brazil you will pay USD 800 just to talk to a dermatologist, it's seen as a luxury service even if you have skin conditions.

That is before a single procedure is done on your skin which costs thousands or tens of thousands.
So most just suck it up and live with their horrible skin, except the rich. The wait times to talk to a dermatologist can be very long because there are so few of them.

In the US they are just normal doctors. Insurance won't cover it though unless you have a serious issue like melanoma or something.
