I'd like to think so, hiking involves walking fast on an incline, for substantial distances and for long periods of time.

Sometimes I go for a walk to a small forest nearby while being very drunk. I think I look comical while doing this, kind of like The Call of the Wintermoon video. But it's enjoyable, very quiet. Spring arrived and birds appeared too.
