I thought, what if we all got together and started our own community in real life? And we all begin to live in one small “monastery” far from the norms with the Internet and other garbage

If it weren’t for some chronic diseases like gastitra, I would have built a house in the forest a long time ago (losing all my belongings and savings just to build this house) and started living there away from people. Even when you receive a donation to start such a community it will fail because you don't have the discipline and skills to work together and sustain yourselves without additional money supply. There will be infighting, corruption, crop failure, disease and many other issues you don't know to solve. Whether you live in a monastery, shelter, yoga center, cabin in a woods or whatever doesn't matter: you're basically running a business and a wizard is the opposite of a business man. If you're a 30+ year old NEET and never had a profession of any sorts then you can't do anything else but do as you're told and you will hate that.

The catch is there are no stores, no services, no other people, all the old residents have died in the 70s or 80d of old age. There may not even be running water or electricity.
Then on top of that the money is only released after you've lived there for 2 years. That long in a desolatr hellscape isn't worth 10k

I gave up on wizard discords and groups years ago. It's all so very bitter, hostile and ragey with zero social skills.
