How do you deal with chronic illness? I have stomach and intestinal problems that ruin every day of my life, doctors don't know what I have I take some pills for the stomach but they don't do much.

i also have stomach problems, its ruined all the way from my teeth to my asshole. I also weigh 48kg and im 176cm, doc said i wont live long, i am glad for that.

I do and it's a big reason why I'm a shut-in.
The worst is having physical health problems with depression and poverty. I could have tried an elimination diet to find if a certain food causes me problems and eat healthy but I just got no energy to cook every day and I don't have that "fighters spirit" normies with health problems do.
