Yes, I love monhun. I bought it on switch, finished it, now I am double dipping with sunbreak on PC. I rushed with low and high rank and I'm just getting to master rank.
world would not click, the gameplay loop was putting me to sleep and i had more fun running around the levels. maybe it's not meant to be played alone, i don't know.
>>58121 All of the games give you AI controlled cats to help you when playing solo, however in the earlier entries you’re expected to play the end game stuff with other people. However in world and rise they scale everything to the amount of players so playing solo in those may be easier.
>>58136 very embarrassing advice (both parts.) >>58121 play freedom unite, then portable 3rd, then 4U, and last generations ultimate. then stop because everything after is worthless fucking trash, but especially world.
>>58141 It's only worth playing the most current game since they build off from previous, terrible advice leading people into solo grinding handheld games with bad mechanics
>>58121 Priority should be Rise while its still alive and getting upgrades. If you want to check out World its also the best MonHunter ever made.
>>58121 I started with world + iceborne and it seems like the best introduction to the series, especially so if you plan to play on pc because it's not a switch port like rise.
>>57865 Failed to get into worlds after 35 hours or so. Want to get into it again trying to just play greatsword and ignore anything more involved. Any recommendations for a controller for PC? I have a broken barely working one that looks like some bootleg ps4 controller. Would like something similar.
>>62287 My friend played through monster hunter world with the hunting horn. Though I assume it's more of a group play weapon. I'm trying to get into world again, but it's probably the most boring of the recent ones from what I have heard.
