No it doesn't. The current "best" AIs are one-trick ponies and needs more user-end tweeking and expensive hardware to pull off even remotely consitenty.
For every fappable machine image of huge nun boobs that took 2 hours to generate, there are 300 that were too ridiculous to even bother saving.
