yeah I know japanese are also normalfags. You're right I guess. but what I wanted to tell is that I don't want to be around too much foreigners. I don't want them to ruin the travel. but yeah traveling is for normalfags

There's no reason to travel as a non-normalfag when you can look at shit online.

Don't go. You will just end up disappointed. You will see different sights and eat different food but it won't be worth the thousands of dollars you spend.

>>41310>consumerist servile normalfags with one of the worst work cultures. they literally work themselves to DEATH and bow down to their bosses and then get drunk and buy anime figurines and repeatThat's a Tokyo stereotype. Using the jokes and tropes you've read about some one subculture in the most densely packed city on earth is no valid tool to gauge the nature of the entire race. Like a European who plays GTAV once and thinks all of America is Californiggers

traveling to japan is one of my goals in life. and the day I'll get there I don't want to face other foreigners MOstly. but since I don't like people in general. I don't think I'll meet people, most of the case would be buying and doing otaku stuffs
No.41370
>>41369I've been to japan like a good wiz who liked anime and japanese culture way before it was popular, I was disillusioned with the people there, they are strict normalfags who are more like ants than humans, doesn't help that they look like insects, and the otaku there are the most pathetic, perverted, disgusting, robotic people i've watched in my life, almost the same reaction I had when I saw poor people when travelling to the south living in trailer parks, stereotypically ugly and in many other negative characteristics.
Seeing those people being excited and crazy about the anime I liked made me want to detach myself from it and leave so as to separate myself from them and not be confused with anyone there. I felt second hand embarrassment.
Then again, I dislike people and Im asocial so traveling and seeing other cultures was never my thing maybe you will like it.

but your entire post is probably a lie, if you're racist and think of japanese people as insects, and think of otaku culture as perverted, then why were you in Japan anyways? you come across as a false-flagging /pol/tard

>>42682>did you behave good? Not him but what kind of question is that to ask a wizard? Are younger anons that disconnected from old imageboard, nay, geek culture that they think an actual wizard would go around Japan acting like a retarded normalfag on a drinking holiday?
When I went everything seemingly opened late and closed early, I don't know how normalfags would cope unless they went to shady places or just bought booze from a 7-11.

I was there 16 years ago or so. Something that I really like was when it was dark, it was very silent and little to no people despite Tokyo being a big city (excluding the hotspots). Most public areas overall was very quite and respectful. It also felt 100% safe. At least that is how I remember it, not sure how it is today. It was just before everyone had a smartphone.
No.42705
>>42703>not sure how it is todayIt's still the same going by your description. Someone described Japan as "the future of the past frozen in time". If it weren't for the dogshit iphones that virtually 100% of them use, it's like "2008 in 1989". But yeah, when night falls the streets seem to be virtually empty.
>>42704Geek culture was still mostly safe until the end of the 00s and the start of the 10s.
