mewing is a face exercise though i don't know in what context this has made this meme list. i remember mewing being discussed in the context of the wide-reaching dangers of mouthbreathing. i never looked into it too deply but i'm doing jaw exercises every so often that i believe protect me from the same problems mewing is supposed to be the remedy for.

It's very easy to avoid this on the internet. I don't get the people complaining about . Only way you can find these slangs being used a lot is if you browse normie websites like tiktok, youtube shorts, instagram, etc. They are only ever used ironically and sparingly in imageboards.
