im not sure if thats how it works. this is how ive understood things:
witches mana is stored primarily in the womb, which spreads throughout their bodies, with a bit more being able to be spread out if they have large breasts. this makes it easier for witches to cast spells and other things with their mana, because it's more easily available for them
in the case of wizards, their mana is stored almost entirely in their wizorbs, making it more difficult to tap into it; but when a wizard learns how to do it, their power is orders of magnitude greater than a witchies
this is also why witches will try to drain the mana of a wizard; they don't necessarily produce as much mana as a wizard does, on account of it spreading out throughout their body, but when they drain a wizard of their mana, they are empowered, and leave a wizard basically powerless
