 No.293871

I had been sad and discouraged for 3 weeks, today I went out to the park and I feel very happy. It reminded me that not everything is lost, I can still write a better future, and change my life.

 No.293873

Keep on truckin'

 No.293874

sunlight and nature does wonders for depression

 No.293875

Nice. I don't have parks or sidewalks in my third world country and it's not safe to relax outside anyway.

thank you wiz god bless you

Sometimes I think the only thing I need to have a happy life is to get out of the house a little more. And within it do something productive how to study.

Sometimes it's just a change of scenery. I don't know if there are shopping centers or things like that in your country, but it's also very nice to go there.

 No.293878

Going "stir crazy" is part of the modern human condition. Getting out and reminding your mind and body that there's more to your existence than 4 walls and a floor is always going to be a relief. Roleplaying as a prisoner by confining yourself will exacerbate any preexisting conditions too. Now there are guys who are genuinely afraid of the outside and will burn to death in the sun. That's unfortunate, but don't let anyone on the internet romanticize the idea of staying cooped up as if it's going to unlock some ancient monk powers.

When I lived in the filthy city I would go on "patrols" by dressing up big and stomping around. If you're in such a place that's bad due to lack of government and policing, then you're probably able to carry a weapon.

 No.293879

>>293878
Sometimes I think that a life of confinement will lead me to freedom, that a life of anger will lead me to peace, that I will be able to use great misfortunes and that I will be able to convert myself into great virtues that help me grow as a person.
It's really funny how moments of clarity It comes from the simplest moments.

>When I lived in the filthy city I would go on "patrols

It sounds interesting, was it a job or did you do it on a neighborhood basis?

I feel great whenever I'm outside for long periods of time. When I get back home, the despair slowly comes back…

 No.293956

Why don't you go out more often?

 No.293957

>>293874

Tell that to the multiple psychiatrists who diagnosed me then

Another "Depression is permanent, suffering is forever" loser trying to invalidate men's feelings and bring everyone else down at the same time.
Scalpel. Jugular vein.

 No.293960

I don't really have much reason to go outside these days. I got out to exercise and stretch occasionally.

 No.293962

>>293957
I don't think I've ever had depression.
