In order to still keep yourself losing fat after day 21 (when keto adaptation is completed), you must rise your sugar intake to 50g per day, instead of 20g. Then back the 20g when another pack of 21 days is passed. I learned this from Jorge Bayter, but I didn't find any english translation of his works. He also has a YT channel.
