>>303980>It is possible to be race realist without being a dick about it.It really isn't. How could it be? How can you discuss the realities of the differences between human breeds without offending those who are from the lesser stock? Do you just not discuss the traits that people with those traits wish they didn't have? Do you type what I typed but add a "DISCLAIMER: IN SPITE OF THESE DIFFERENCES WE ARE ALL EQUAL. LOVE IS LOVE> YOU ARE UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFUL."?
>>303981>Being racist does not mean to acknowledge the differences between human races but to pretend that one race is better than others. Some races are inferior and a some are superior. The only way to deny this is to warp the definitions of those words until they mean nothing.
>That's just untrue because each individual is a different person.A person's capabilities and attitude are directly determined by their genetic makeup. You can't train a pitbull to herd goats and you can't train a French bulldog to hunt grouse. Hu8mans come from all environments on Earth and have developed with different resources and weathers for our entire history. These differences have caused humans breeds to develop different strengths and weaknesses. Some breeds have more strengths than others. Then like the French bulldog, some human breeds are mixed and inbred to the point of all being drooling retards. SOme individual retards may enjoy retardedly staring at a wall, and some may enjoy retardedly raping. It doesn't mean the non-retard races need to ackowledge that the non-rapey retards are on equal standing with the non-retards.

I live in a shithole and i'm surrounded by people i hate. I'm a foreigner in my own country. I hate everyone. No matter how many jobs i get or people i talk to i will still be a complete outsider. The normalfag can't comprehend this. I haven't had a conversation in around 6 years that was even small talk everyone i've ever liked killed themselves or is in jail.

Any wizards want to share healthy meal ideas? I'm thinking about cutting out wheat and some other things and am at a loss about what my regular diet should look like.
No.304793
>>304791They say the Mediterranean diet is the healthiest as it contains a lot of fruits, nuts, and berries. I don't know if cutting off wheat could be a good thing for you as you will be needing those carbohydrates but I would suggest you to add fruits and salads to your meals and especially dietary fibres. You know, both Korean and Mediterranean people add so much cucumber in their food as it has water, so hydration, fibres, and no calories, yet it would fill up your belly. So add it in your salads.

1. Cucumbers here are full of nitro-shit hence causing constipation and stuff.
2. Wheat? Wheat?!?! You probably should use buckwheat or rice to avoid gluten-related problems (implying any of us *may* have non-severe wheat-related problems)

>>308249>aspartame might be what is causing your troubles. i know it gives me absolutely wicked headaches that last for days. It’s been quite a while since I’ve had soda maybe over more than a month. The day before yesterday, I had just one to test it out, and yeah, it totally messed up my sleep and my mood. I don’t think I’m going to drink that crap again, though maybe I’ll try the ones without artificial sweeteners and colorings sometimes… or maybe not just in case.
The worst part is that last year was rough and fucked up in a lot of times, and I used to drink soda once a week… I know that maybe this is a over-generalization, but it might explain why last year was so fucked up to me.
Anyway, thanks you very much Wiz.
