Convince yourself that you're going to kill these people. You don't actually want to attack them but by thinking that you're going to kill them your body language will change to be more intimidating and they'll pick up on this.
You still want to be prepared for if they start swinging out of fear though.

It helps to imagine that you're casting a spell and beaming evil harmful energies out of your eyes as soul at them.

If done correctly this will freak them out and they'll disengage.

Give a side kick on knee, then push them back or get an old metal faucet tap and smash them. You also can learn to punch with punchbags and smash their face. The easiest way is to run in his way, grip and throw him on the ground. Another way is throw your bag, or anything in his legs and push him full force.

Your best option is to show no fear or not care about them, by literally not giving a fuck you win. When they come up to annoy you say in a stern voice "I don't care what you want Fuck off" to that effect each time they approach, and if they persist or touch you, walk away and say "I'm not interested in your bullshit" after a while they'll get the message and also be cold in they eyes and posture too, once they realize they won't get an entertaining reaction they'll piss off to someone else. However this advice is only applicable to intrusion bullying, if it's physical to the point of them constantly beating you up that's a different subject matter.

Carry a roll of quarters with you. Don't swing first but don't let them just shoulder check you for free. Most people don't want to get into a fight so they'll bark a lot, just keep cool and watch their right in case they try for a hay maker. Keep your chin tucked, protect your head and remember that yeah it sucks but getting punched isnt the worst thing in the world.
