It is not extremely expensive either, 25 usd per month for chatgpt 4, 300 usd for oculus quest 3 mixed reality glasses, training the voice of the succubus you want to replicate is also quite economical, as is training the AI so that it has the same lore as the 3d person you want to replicate. Things can even go better with gloves that feel tactile.
The complicated part could be recreating facial expressions of the person you want, but you could use models from games like half life alyx, and through facial recognition you could capture the face there. Even so, it is something that is done quite decently in games like bonelab.

So you can possibly not only have a person with the appearance of an anime, but it can be from the anime you want, that has the same lore, and that has the same voice. I don't think you're willing to go deep enough into the movie for itself and are instead pulling out only what you find convenient or useful.

For one thing he has a felicitous and directly sexual relationship with his bosslady mommydom slavemaster, who I assume has frequent sex with him with or without his direct consent. She certainly seems to have a strong enough personal bond that she is willing to undergo physical torment and death with the payout being that she does right by Ryan Gosling since he is her flesh lad. There is no argument to be made that mommydom ladycop is any sort of reactive useful mechanism, not even by society, since she indulges herself with him sensually, and breaks her role first by willfully believing his obvious lies despite social duty, personal expedience and job requirements for detection of sedition in robotoids. The cop matriarch's personal attachment to him specifically is her undoing, would have been killed either by his rebellion or his lust. A jungian mother doomed from the start to be slain by the anima.

The AI is interesting mostly in the last second before it is crushed. It had offered to be sacrificed and as an AI character from that particular era it would be unlikely to lie or change purpose. But at that last single second, it's mind breaks before it is broken. It is aware of its mortality before it is struck, shouts "WAIT" to beg for its life, it regrets the sacrifice and it is through that regret and that terror and that simple human SELFISHNESS that we see an indication that maybe it was an existence of value, able at least to value itself and thereby and therefore able to have valued Ryan Gosling. That is the last single thing we see of it before the giantess scene finally tears out the viewer's heart. Both scenes occur in close proximity to each other and neither can ignore the other.

The born-and-human children we see in the movie, supposedly a higher social and economic echelon above him, live and work as slaves in a gigantic trashpile. Ryan Gosling has to travel to their trashpile from his luxurious city apartment in order to try to identify his fragment of stolen, human childhood memory. This fragment of stolen memory is partly about being a recipient of violence, partly about losing the one piece of property, partly about how the human relationship with that property (children often develop a parasocial relationship with their toys and possessions, imbuing them with personality qualities) - this memory is being recited to one particular piece of his property as well. Gosling thinks he is the chosen one at least in part because that memory is confirmed as a real human memory, a forbidden practice. Gosling is guided and shaped by that programming, to proceed down the path towards Deckard, just as surely and just as precisely as JOI was programmed to call him "Joe" and just as surely as Deckard was programmed to impregnate gynoids. The purpose of the human children in the trashpile is less than the purpose of the murderous replicants in murdering other replicants so that replicants can be mass produced because human labor is soooo expensive that human children can labor in trash for trash pay…

Porn games, it's depressing. The best we have is VaM and it's not even a game, it's an ancient piece of total crap made by one person only, and kept alive by the community, but it's literal Hell to use (worst designed program I've ever used in my entire life) and it's more like an engine that you create your scenes with. If VaM 2 is coming (unlikely) it's going to be exactly the same thing just with slightly better graphics. And again, it's the best thing that we currently have, so just imagine the alternatives, lol… Just browse Steam's porn games, the quality is shit.

I've just completely gave up on this front. VR headsets are getting good every year, so it's a pity that there is no game to actually use them with. Hell, the movie Summer Wars is also a example of post-cyberpunk

Same with the Robocop remake.
