I dislike being the leader of things.
It isn't about IQ, it's about taking on tons of responsibility and being decisive for other people.
I rather only take responsibility and be decisive for myself and not have to worry about being bitched at when my choices don't lead to ideal outcomes for someone else who did nothing of value.

It's really not that hard to become a leader. Most people have cattle mentality and they're more than happy to follow someone else's lead instead of having to think for themselves.
