AI and aliens: schizo predictions thread

For the longest time religion served as a tool of power and authority. In God we trust(ed). Then people found out about different cultures and different religions, and the one and only religion became one of many religions.
>which religion is the right one?
>which god is the true one?
>how can we know it's the one that's ours and not theirs?
These questions drew man away from religion, and the want for verifiable truths brought him to a new paradigm.

Trust the science. Science has been the authority for the last hundred years or so, but you could argue that this started as early as the renaissance. Some even believe science without any skepticism, as if it was the new religion. Well, as it turns out, science too can be corrupted and compromised, and people are beginning to wake up to this fact. It is becoming increasingly apparent that "science" serves large corporations and globalist rulers.

Currently we are transitioning to a new period of post-truth. Objective facts are losing their value, and the new power lies in appeals to emotion, sensationalism, and demagogy. But I believe such a volatile state cannot last for long, and so the powers that be are preparing new, undeniable authorities for us.

Artificial Intelligence - you wouldn't argue with a super intelligent computer, right? Who are you, with your tiny brain and limited perspective, to think you know better than AI who has access to unimaginable stores of information. AI knows what's best for you.

Aliens - you wouldn't distrust super dimensional, far more advanced entities, right? They understand more than you can ever know. Your perspective is like that of an ant on a sheet of paper, while they can bend and fold the paper to their will. Are you really so full of yourself that you would think you know something they don't? (Check out Project Blue Beam)

Both of these are fake and gay, but the powers that be are gradually introducing the awareness of these, and the possibility of a one world government under their rule. The globalists will probably establish a proxy authority, supposedly relaying the AI/alien intentions and mediating our relationship with them.

Which of these two do you think will be our new rulers?
Or maybe one will be a beneficiary, while the other will play as an adversary?
Men are imperfect and can be corrupted, you wouldn't blindly trust any man.
But you would trust religion, science, AI and aliens.

It's all just a show, but what's it going to look like?

Neither.. because neither is real.

God is not real either, but that didn't stop kings from using him as leverage for hundreds of years. The goyim will believe.

Dumb thread but I am extremely bored and procrastinating working on my writing project so might as well get my creative juices flowing with some low stakes speculative fiction.

Aliens, as in space aliens isn't viable. The vast majority of people don't give a shit about aliens and get pretty incredulous whenever the government brings anything about them up. It's just assumed that whatever the government says about them is a lie. So it wouldn't work as a means of control even if you when full big hoax level of lie and orchestrated a first contact type situation. Most people would rightfully call it out as bullshit and continue going on with their life.

That leaves AI.
AI is viable but not in the way you are thinking. Not as a AI overlord, but as a buffer in bureaucracy to eliminate accountability and responsibility of bureaucrats from abysmal results.
Basically look at how youtube runs using AI as a responsibility buffer.
They use AI for moderation, for content review, even the human moderators can only use canned AI written response. Every single step of the bureaucracy has a AI inbetween that removes makes it impossible to point to anyone in particular and hold anyone accountable or demand responsibility.

Now just imagine government bureaucracies run in a similar way using AI as a buffer between "the people" and the bureaucrats. While awful, it's less bombastic then a dystopian novel. It's the sniveling cowardice of empires in decline. It matches rather well with the whole de-industrialization and managed decline that so many countries have bought into. Thinks can keep getting worse and worse yet the people responsible can avoid blame and point people to the AI to scream their complaints into the digital void.

That is my thoughts on the matter.

God, so many typos and wrong word choices.

Good thing this was a warm up.

Any predictions for when ??

I think if AI becomes good enough to do work, people could just leave the society and form communities in the forest, and have AI grow food for them. They could also put cameras on themselves which would eliminate the need for any sort of police or government as the force that coordinates production and secures survival. I don't understand why this possibility doesn't get more attention

 No.320645

>>320629
It's not even remotely realistic with even near future tech.
That's why it doesn't get attention.

>Both of these are fake and gay, but the powers that be are gradually introducing the awareness of these, and the possibility of a one world government under their rule. The globalists will probably establish a proxy authority, supposedly relaying the AI/alien intentions and mediating our relationship with them.

Implementing systems of control is certainly the industry of governments and power-mongering psychopaths. What of aliens and AI? Firstly, they would make inefficacious and unbelievable reasons to conform to some organization's coarse-fingered ruse. Secondly, it's too bold and audacious of a method to subvert people–hence it would incite civil panic and unrest. Were there an organization attempting to control us, they would have to ideologically sedate us beforehand; therefore, it would have to be made believable that an AI or alien species has overtaken us.

People are already at the mercy of world governments and affluent oligarchs. Just look at the Epstein case, it proves that the United States government is complicit in covering up a child sex-trafficking ring and no one's doing anything about it. The systematizers don't need silly fables or dogmas to control us anymore. They need only rely on the compliance of the masses.

>Which of these two do you think will be our new rulers?

Or maybe one will be a beneficiary, while the other will play as an adversary?

Our rulers will be the wealthy, intelligent, beautiful, and noble aristocrats born with the capacities necessary to reign in the herd.

>Men are imperfect and can be corrupted, you wouldn't blindly trust any man.

But you would trust religion, science, AI and aliens.

I would not. Religion makes dogma of unproven beliefs, and science makes dogma of uncertain errors. Non sequitur and moot pretense: men are morally imperfect and corruptible, and so are the beliefs and truths they place faith or value in.

Once a lifeform invents AI, it will end in an apocalyptic schizo-material paroxysm post suppressive AI surveillance.

I call this the schizo-material paroxysm theory.

We are already at the start of it with the misinformation Big Institutions and the Baudrillard pill cults on social media.

My meds for me, your meds for you.
