t I actually really want to work and make a life for myself, but I know I can't since I'm now disabled

Background info: Many months ago I took different medications since my doctor told me, but it made me feel weird and made my blood pressure and heartrate all out of wack and I had to go to the ER, I now continue dealing with head episodes like lightheadedness and dizziness, like someone is squeezing my head
I also often have total insomnia where I go for weeks with barely any sleep which I didn't have before
I have extreme anxiety which I also didn't have before. Even taking a shower freaks me out and leaving the house gives me intense panic attacks, I don't mean to make it a dep post, so forgive that
