Back on an imageboard where I used to be a jannie at, we perma-banned CP spammers. Not the most ideal way but it sure decreased the CP post from 100% to 10%

The entire situation was already explained in detail in recent posts by the staff on /meta/ so I'm not going to type it all out again. The gist of it is that despite being the last kind of posts we want on a website, the CP spam we're getting isn't even that bad.

I checked your "real IP" and saw you breaking rule 2 for hairy men. If there are really only a small handful of users left here it's probably your fault for spamming homoerotic rule violations from the broad mobile network you're using to ban evade.

Currently, the IPs delivering the spam are banned for 1 year. It's very rare that an image is posted alongside the spam, but it gets banned from being posted again once it gets deleted. One issue is that recently the IPs being used aren't flagged as belonging to a VPN provider, so the spammer is offered less restrictive cooldowns and file upload privileges. Luckily she hasn't been taking advantage of this and still just drops some innocuous links in /jp/ every other day or so.
