Above website shows detected spam from a collected list of imageboards.

It's definitely not a bot. It's a person(or group) doing this. Past records indicate it's been happening since circa 2015 and up. What is their end goal? This was discussed on lainchan by some anon and staff over there last year on their meta I believe.

It's either the following:

1.) Federal Agencies/Interpol looking to entrap people as predators.

2.) Actual pedophiles I assume looking for members/buyers etc…

3.) Someone or a group that have hatred for so and so imageboards.(personnel vendetta)

It's just very odd to me how this 'person' or 'group' has not been arrested or been caught by LE unless they are LE themselves. From my intel I've gathered the majority of the IPs come from Asian countries or Russian/Slavic countries which is no suprise since they harbor such illegal content and not much is done about it legally. Nevertheless, it's disgusting and I wish they would just stop it already, but seeing how it's been a decade it doesn't seem like they are gonna give up any time soon. Just wanted to post this if any other people were curious about this incident.

I check that site from time to time. It's relieving seeing that we don't get hit by most of it. It's a matter of fact that for all of our board's technical issues, everything was working fine and dandy until a child porn bot spammed us and got Wizchan wiped from the internet. I lurk a few other imageboards and usually when CP spam is deleted from here, I can do my usual rounds and find the same spam on another board. In their case however the spam they get is accompanied by an image, which is what gets websites knocked offline. This is why I will never allow known VPN IPs to upload files, at least until I lose my mind and have an account system superglued to Wizchan's code.

Slavic and SEA countries have lax laws related to child pornography distribution. Plus poorer and start-up VPN providers can typically only afford to offer IPs in the third world so those avoiding mainstream proxies will always appear to be from there. The file host sites themselves are hosted in Asia and even trying to report the content on them is made purposely cumbersome so likely the websites don't care. Every step of the process from the uploading, advertising, selling, and cashing out is effectively anonymous. That's Web 3.0, where the privacy of child porn spammers matter. Telegraph which is sometimes used allows reporting for child abuse easily
