I don't know if he was a virgin but growing up there was a neighbor who lived alone with his dog. He wasn't completely isolated - sometimes his biker buddies would pick him up. But he didn't seem to work despite being wealthy unless he worked from home, which wasn't really a thing yet in my teen years. Must have been in his 40s.
