It's a spectrum and each person lies somewhere on the abnormal-normal line. The exact cutoff point for a "normalfag" is somewhat arbitrary. People that consider themselves wizards will usually think that people more normal than them are normalfags. So if you have a job and drive a car but you're a virgin, you'll say a normalfag is someone that had sex and an active social life. If you're a basement dweller NEET with no life experience, you would consider the previous wizard a normalfag because he's relatively more normal than you. But then there might an even more abnormal wizard that lives in complete filth and thinks those that take regular showers and voice chat on Discord are normalfags. The normalfag cutoff line gets pushed around based on the person's relative position in the abnormal-normal spectrum.
As far as this imageboard is concerned, a normalfag is someone that is a non-virgin. But even that could be pushed, as many people that have had sex a few times still feel like they belong here and that it didn't change anything for them. To them perhaps a normalfag is, I don't know, a hypersocial successful person that has lots of sex money and status, or that doesn't relate to the doomer sadboi meme.

>>215978hmm hmm I see thank you. but now I want to know who used the word 'normalfag' for the first time and what was the first definition bind to it
>>215977if it is a obselete word, then what matters now is not to think who's a normalfag or not but WHO's a non-wizard or not, right?

>>215981I believe the original use of the term was simply people that don't use imageboards or disapprove of imageboard antics like gore and saying nigger and what not. People that get easily shocked by stuff on the Internet because they're an outsider. These days you would say NPC, like just the average clueless joe from the street. Then /r9k/ culture appropriated the term to mean the popular people with friends and girlfriends. I don't know, it's not an exact term, it was always just a "vibe".

> I'm not sure anymore about the definition
It depends on the community. Since this is an awful and divided community, "normalfag" here basically means something different for every single anon.
It's a shitshow.

>>215992Most people are not on the extremes and the majority is in the grey zone, hence the predicament of where to draw the line. The only deal-breaker on wizchan is having sex or perhaps actively going to parties and social gatherings, everything else seems like fair game to the moderation. The users vary in where they draw the line and like I said, seems to be relative to one's own position on the spectrum.

>>215976For me personally I'd say people leaning towards extraversion while being relatively "normal" mentally. Having sex can be one of indicators however a lot of people here still would be asocial spergs even if they weren't virgins and such I wouldn't classify them as normies.
Also I wouldn't call people who are like borderline, bipolar, etc normies even if they have families, jobs and such, extreme personalities are out of the norm.
