If you do not CARE about making your own life better,
Who does?
Genuinely come up with an answer,
Who wakes up every day, thinking ONLY about how to make YOUR life better?
How much time do you think is DEDICATED to your individual human life per year?
How many calories are spent?
Come up with a number, write it down.
How much ENERGY, how much food is consumed every year, JUST to make YOUR life better?
When you have your list of answers.
When you do the math.
Is it any surprise your life is shit?
YOU don't even think about improving your life every day.
YOU, THE ONE PERSON WHO SHOULD.
If you don't even dedicate every second of your brain power,
If you don't even dedicate every ounce of energy you have to the cause,
Why would anyone else?
You need to understand this simple principle.
The universe goes where the most energy is directed.
I guarantee if all 8 billion people on this planet dedicated 100% of their power to making your life better,
Your life would be PERFECT, every problem solved.
Your life is shit?
Okay, no problem.
You have 24 hours in a day.
You have thousands of calories to spend.
Start pouring it all into the SOLE dedication to making your life better,
Stop putting it into social media, video games, TV shows or whatever other garbage.
Pour ALL that energy into your life.
Watch it change in less than 90 days.

Stay away from psychiatry, you will regret it. CBT helped me with anxiety and motivation problems, but you have to treat it like physical exercise and expect pain. Maybe it won't cure you, but it can make things better.

>>220164I went to a psychiatrist, he seemed very intelligent, prescribed me 4 meds, including an anti-psychotic, but low dosage, he said schizophrenics take up to 8mg daily and he prescribed me 1mg. I usually skip it, only take it on the onset of a manic episode.
