'Normalfag' is a word that is used so ubiquitously by so many people to mean so many different (but sometimes related) things that you could write an entire book about it.

working a career doesnt automatically make someone a normalfag. i would be homeless in 3 months if i quit my job. but boy do i hate it here. while for many of my normalfag coworkers, its become a rewarding and exciting part of their routine and theyd unironically kill themselves if star trek utopia was achieved and they didnt need a wageslave anymore

That's why I stopped using internet slang and meme words like that. Don't form your opinion about the world and people based on chan memes. Everyone is calling anyone they don't like a normalfag at this point (although many people also like to call anyone they hate a crab or virgin, haha). Don't pay too much attention to this shit.
I, personally, can relate to or identify better with some people who would be considered as normalfags by this site's rules than with many people here. To give concrete examples: I like Ted Bundy, even though he had gfs and sympathize with him. While I hate the religious/tradlarper wizzies here. Another group of wizards I hate is the ultra-depressed "nothing matters!!44" baby whiners who can only fantasize about hanging themselves. So what? Just because two guys don't have friends and are virgin men both that doesn't necessarily mean that they should get along with each other. And just because someone had sex or had gfs doesn't mean I should hate the guy or that I can't relate to him in some way.
