>>321907You missed flubbed up stairwell, trees growing from walls and maybe a plastic-looking fence.
HOWEVER, most of the errors may be explained with a single thesis: BUILDING SO OLD IT'S RUN-DOWN.
I wonder if the reference, the original building was both plain and askew and the painting simply reflects it.
So.
>window at waist levelyes, so a
kinder wouldn't fall out of it.
a modern tower block I live in has a similar feature.
>glued-on windowsHas became a thing at some point. Say, my room's balcony has window frames that are also "glued on" and "at waist level". Not sure about the 1800s buildings in 1910s, though.
>little phallus in the skyAnti-rain cover, can be found in many pipes these days.
>grayCinderblock-like material
>what is this nob>little phallus in the skysome other roof with a similar anti-rain cover.
>flubbed up perspective, the straight lineShitty wooden raincover was crude and askew, I guess?
>12 feet tall doorLooks like there was a cool balcony with 12 foot tall frame for glass doors with a glass windows atop of it… at some point. Yet hald a century later, it got repurposed into separate entrance later. Custom built 360cm door could have been made to avoid some issue.
>this painting is 20% percent roofLooks like inner yard to me.
CONCLUSION:
Looks rural enough to be an anomaly for a
refined,
elegant Vienna. But it could be a real rural old yard all along.
