Being skinnyfat is /wiz/ manifest on your body. It's through no fault of your own that it happens: you didn't overeat, nor were you particularly lazy. Rather, being socially and mentally deficient forced you inside, where you moved less and less vigorously than the average normalfaggot child would.

The normalfaggot child, through no skill, hard work, or determination of their own, built a genetically normal amount of muscle over a long period of time just by being outside and moving with their other normalfaggot friends. They ate more than you, they enjoyed the fruits of life more than you, and they worked so much less harder than you— and they were rewarded for it with physical desirability.

The normalfaggot, then grown up, grows arrogant, and thinks themselves special, even though they put no effort into the good things that life and their sociability gave them. With this attitude set, they spit venom at the lazy, ugly, disgusting skinnyfat people.

Fuck this condition.

I do calisthenics at night in a public park. There are daylight fags who keep moving stools and concrete weights but I've never seen them as I avoid everyone and anyone. I've worked out for a year and a half and haven't talked about or told a single soul about it. Groids would probably have made hundreds of hours of vapid tiktoks or whatever.
I'm 33 and feel 20 now.
Highly recommend.

>It's been about three months since I dont use my computer, except for useful things.
A few days ago, I stopped my routine of fapping. I don't know how it happened, I guess I just got fed up with it. I started waking up early when the sun was just rising and going for a walk on a nearby beach. I walk barefoot for a while on the grass and sand and along the shore by the water while the sun rises. I stay there, sit, alone, for a while, facing the sun, listening to the wind and sound of little waves, maybe an hour and a half, just breath or watching anything and it's peaceful, quiet and solitary, and it feels mystical. I think it helps with my sadness. Since I've been doing this, I don't feel so many worries or suicidal thoughts and everyday is less and less.
I also started doing neck exercises and others types of exercises to improve my posture. Why? I dont know, the idea just appeared in my head maybe it can be healthy. I also started reading a little bit here

I don't feel interested in self-improvement or anything like gym muscle dudes, but I feel peace and interest in my health. Maybe a little breathwork and exercise cant be bad.

I was watching some documentaries on the history of exercise and physical activity, and it's interesting to see that in the past, people did it to stay healthy rather than for aesthetic purposes. Over time, business corrupted bodybuilding into an unhealthy and commercial pursuit for aesthetic purposes. It's admirable and inspiring to see what athletes can achieve even in their later years of life, when they no longer compete but maintain their routine and health. I think I understand the Greek philosophy of exercise when I see this.

Really? And what does he says?
I've tried reading his "thus spoke zarathustra", but I had no patience for that stinking pile of whimsical fiction and riddles pretending to have some deeper meaning.

Did some exercising and eating healthy for a year or so. It was a new experience but I got bored of it eventually so I dropped it. As someone who doesn't want to bother with dating and stuff like that it seems too much of a bother to me, all this fit stuff. I can understand some people just do it to be "healthy" and yeah I guess that's cool but it's not for me. I like eating delicious junk food and I like lazing around too much. Nowadays I only use exercise bike for a couple of hours a day and watch my weight so I don't get fat again, I think this is a nice middle ground for a lazy person like myself. Also, when I was trying to get fit I ended up with pretty much all of my body parts aching so much after a year that I could barely do anything so I had to stop because of the pain too. First it was my arm during push-ups, then my knee when doing squats…I'm just too weak I guess.

>>227325
Zarathustra is the most overrated piece of philosophical work ever, maybe on par with Plato's works only when it comes to being overrated. Worst writing of Nietzsche by far. Read Beyond Good and Evil, The AntiChrist, Gay Science if you want to actually read meaningful stuff from him.

>Nietzsche
One day I read a summary of Nietzsche's thinking and philosophy by a anon somewhere, and basically it said that everyone should create their own ideal and philosophy without following a standard dogma such as Judeo-Christianity or wathever religion, as the ancient Greeks did and other pagans and prophets did when fighting against other dogmatic ideals of their time (before they ended up creating a new religion or destroyed other old ideas after a radical or dogmatic asshole appeared and made a goverment-control mass religion) in order to follow their own will without screwing others will over, and thus one would teach their best ideals on others who are crude and want us to be submissive and weak. A pure human focused idea. Although Nietzsche did not seem to defend social Darwinist or deterministic ideas
I believe that secular humanism as a philosophy that surpasses the rest of stupidity non-human comes close to Nietzsche's ideals bacause is focused in humanity topic or human experience than religious, political or philosophies dogma.

You should just read him yourself and save yourself the trouble, really. Interpret him as you like, without relying on others' opinions. He is a complex writer and it's possible to draw widely different conclusions about his philosophy.

>secular humanism

I wouldn't say that about his philosophy at all…If anything his ideology was a reaction to the secular humanism of his time (marxism and the cultural nihilism that came with it).

When Nietzsche says make up your own ideal he doesn't say that everyone should do whatever he wants to, oh no. It's the opposite. The powerful people shouldn't be tied down by already established morality and herd-thinking, that's what he says. Nietzsche wasn't an individualist in the sense we use that word nowadays, he was against the idea that your average everyday person decides for himself what is right or wrong. He made it clear numerous times that most people are only good for obeying commands and serving the intellectually privileged people. His ideal Übermensch-role models were all morally questionable and powerful men in history, like Caesar or Napoleon.

People nowadays like to portray Nietzsche as some anarchist or liberal but he really was a proto-nazi in many ways. Have no doubt that if he was alive at the time of Hitler, he would have approved of most of his methods and goals.

It isn't. Bone isn't soft, dumbass. You can go on and keep losing fat, you'll see that skinnyfatness is simply a matter of having no muscle under the fat.

It is however correlated with things like shitty hip:shoulder ratio so even if you get fit you probably won't look good.
>>220551
See above. Being skinnyfat is literally just a matter of
>no muscle
>too much fat
Normal fat guys look big because they've got muscle underneath. Normal guys can carry a bit of fat and retain a nice shape due to the muscle. Skinny guys have no fat.

You can build muscle and lose fat. The former is much harder for you because you've probably got low testosterone, but it's doable. And literally anyone can just lose fat to go skelly mode.

Apparently, sugary stuff stimulates appetite - the last thing you need if losing weight. So, eating *less* carbs and *little to no* sugar while eating veggies, fish, poultry, eggs for fiber and protein - even with fats - is a trick to avoid eating too much.

Sad and deppresive people have tendency to consume more sugar-industrial things in their anxiety experiences as a unhealthy coping mechanism sometimes.

Ah, I get it now.

THey say gluten does *random* things to some people so maybe you are the "gluten-free life needed" type and it's not just a fad in your case.

>I associate Sugar and Sweets more with kids and deppresion.

In my case, it's … close to that! When I drink sugary soda, my acne (30+ and acne… shame on me( ) gets somewhat worse. And yet I cannot get rid of it. Maybe I have this "ought to not eat wheat" trick in my DNA too?

 No.227454

>>227447
It's not a "fad". Hundreds of millions of people have wheat allergy or just general gluten intolerance, and many are so stubborn and refuse to believe it, they rather put up with stomach pains, severe skin reactions and brain blur instead of just buying gluten free.

Worst case I met was a right wing guy who lumped in gluten free with feminism and "wokeness". An absolute retard of a celiac who destroyed his gut by continuing wheat despite his body rejecting it.

 No.227457

Sure, you can do that. Or you can just eat less of whatever you normally eat. You will lose weight regardless.

The only variables that matter to weight loss are calories in and caloreies out. How you reduce your calories in - by counting, by switching up your diet, whatever - and how you increase your calories out - running, cycling, lifting, not at all - is up to you. Just get the deficit going.

 No.227458

>related yet not defined question - HOW to eat less.
the most straightforward way, used since antiquity, is to literally just eat less. there are no special tricks. just keep track of what you eat and, well, do less of it.

nowadays it's very simple and deterministic because every food item has a known caloric value. keep a spreadsheet.

 No.227494

>>227458
let's find a middle ground here: its easier to eat less if you have less appetite.

And, to my knowledge:
1. Eating vegetables can *sate* someone for less calories
2. IIRC, sugar does the opposite: stimulates 0ne's appetite.

 No.227549

>>227494
If you eat less, your brain will habituate and have less appetite. Hunger pangs are triggered by the nervous system, and they happen when it expects you to normally eat.

The biggest single thing you can do is entirely stop eating outside of defined mealtimes. That way you stop feeling hunger pangs between meals in a week or two. And after that controlling intake is trivial.

Of course, some foods are designed to make you crave more, so losing weight on McDonald's is more difficult. But still possible, I've done it.

My father is having heart disease issues and he isn't that old… lit the fire for me. I gotta get healthy.

Healthy breakfast (small), big lunch, minimal snack after, no dinner, and 12 to 16 hour fasting clocks me in at sub-2,000 calories. I was running at least 3,500 calories before I started this and it was showing.

I'm a fat fuck but recently I had a realization. A catharsis moment so to say.
I, being my fat self, ate a whole pack of fish sticks and had an awful food poisoning. Fever, diarrhea nonstop, nausea, extreme weakness and all that. I thought I would die. But even more so, I realized that it's God's way of punishing me for my gluttony. It's been a couple of days and I don't eat anything but a few crackers and a few bananas a day until my symptoms stop, but after that I want to stop eating garbage and lose weight.
Sometimes you need a sign from the universe that your ways are wrong. I guess it was my moment.
