>>316740Be sure you can visualize your fear. Then be sure you are not only fully guarded against it but also able to inflict revenge upon it.
Anxiety is due to something about you that is unfixed, let's say… if you were ripped and handsome you would not fear so much finding yourself naked, is it?
Once the leaking has been fixed, no more water keeps dropping and anxiety is those water drops, alerting you about something flawed to be fixed. Not that you should turn avoidant of the world because of it.

>>316740your fears are not an exaggerated, the world really is a shit place and people are evil. stay inside where it's safe and another human can't hurt you. your anxiety is helping you survive in this dogshit existence, don't gaslight yourself into believing their lies.

I reinstalled Skyrim because I had an idea for the Creation Kit, but I could see within minutes that it wasn't feasible. The idea was to make very large areas of terrain to be able to slowly traverse, but the Creation Kit is not built for the scale I'm looking for.
Then I reinstalled Metal Gear Solid V but I don't know why I keep giving this game chances, I hate it everytime.

Doesn't eye contact feel too inimate?
No.316792
>>316791It does, and I can't understand how people can be comfortable with it and how it's supposed to be normal and natural. Like if I'm talking with someone, shouldn't the focus be on the words that are said? But maybe people have more bandwidth and can pay attention to the face without losing track of the matter.
Anyway, I feel sort of prosecuted when I have to look people in the eyes. It's not so much about me seeing their eyes, rather about the awareness of them seeing me. I just can't put my thoughts into words as well as when I'm looking away.
Especially succubi, I receive their neutral smiles as mocking and penetrating into my soul.
Also, I would very often like to say "fuck off, that's none of your business" to some people, but I don't know of a polite way to say it, so I circle around the subject and spout some inane bullshit.

The worst thing about modern day life is trying to navigate the bureaucracy of life and encountering some glitch. The problem with a glitch is you're doing everything right, but you still get fucked over. Maybe IT or someone can help you, but if they can it will require hours of time on hold going back and forth just to do something that should be simple. It happens all the time too, it's not like glitches are rare.

>>316802>>316792>>316791Eye contact is one of those things our brain is fundamentaly wired to handle. Eyes are the window to the soul. If you dont have autism and have trouble with eye contact it is either because you think you are a piece of shit and no one will like what they see when they gaze into your soul, or you either think you are not worthy enough to gaze into theirs.
Once I fixed these issues and learned to actually engage with people instead of pretending to engage, eye contact was something I naturally started to do.

Of course I have autism. Disliking eye contact is one of the most common symptoms.

On youtube I once watched some videos that were, like, first-person simulations of flying into and landing on other planets. It was assuming you were invincible and in some kind of indestructible space suit that allowed you to just fly straight into a planet without being killed or blown away by storms and shit. I think it even had some videos where you would fly into a black hole or the sun and I think there was a silly one about landing on earth.
But that was on a different computer and now I can't seem to find them. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and can find a link to one of the videos? It shouldn't be hard since I'm pretty sure they had lots of views. But I rarely ever use youtube and just can't seem to find them.

You wouldn't happen to remember the channel name would you?
If not it might be a good idea to use bing video search. While I am not a fan of bing's normal search their video search is surprisingly decent.
